We remove the claws and arms during processing to save you prep time and reduce labor in busy kitchens, allowing you to easily menu a variety of upscale lobster dishes. The claws and arms are triple scored for easy opening.

Product SpecsSafe Handling: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE.
Defrosting: Defrost in the sealed bag in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours or under cold water for 1-2 hours.
Preparation: Rinse under cold water. Steam for about 6 minutes or grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with lemon butter for dipping.
